Regulation

We advise our kind guests to read the regulations carefully. Each booking at our facility will be considered as having "acknowledged" the regulations in force below.

Prohibitions

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the structure, violators will be punished according to the law
  • We do not rent rooms without prior reservation and confirmation, we are not a hotel

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

Check-in, Check-out

We inform our kind guests that ours is a guest house and not a hotel, therefore no changes will be made to the check-in/check-out times.
  • Check in: 3.00 PM - 9:00 PM
  • Check out: 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM
Additional costs will apply for any arrival and/or departure outside the indicated times

ACCESS TO THE ROOMS

Magnetic room card

Access to the rooms is through the use of a magnetic card. We advise our kind customers to handle it with care: in case of damage or loss, additional costs for a total of €65 will be charged!

4-LEGGED FRIENDS

Pets and animals

Pets are allowed in the facility, but with the following limitations:
  • Since the terrace and garden are common areas, it is strictly forbidden to let your pet do its business inside the structure. For any damage and/or necessary cleaning, additional costs will be charged.
  • It is strictly forbidden to leave the animal unattended inside the structure, you are asked to keep it on a leash especially in the common areas and in the presence of other guests.

ADDITIONAL COMFORT

Services and supplies

  • 0.5L water bottles
We offer 3 bottles of water upon arrival for the B&B rooms, and 5 bottles for the holiday home. Additional costs will apply for further supplies of bottles
  • Cleaning of B&B rooms
The cleaning of the B&B rooms will take place daily from 8.00 to 10.00. If the room is still occupied during the indicated time, cleaning will be postponed to the following day.
  • Holiday Home Cleaning
The cleaning of the holiday home will take place at the end of the stay. Since the holiday home is a residential accommodation, guests are asked to leave the structure as tidy as possible upon departure. We thank you for your cooperation.
  • Change of sheets and towels
The change of sheets and towels will take place free of charge every 3 days, it is possible to ask for a daily change at the additional cost of €15 per day
  • Parking on request

The structure has paid internal parking to be requested when booking: daily cost €20 for cars and €10 for motorcycles

SPECIAL RESERVATIONS

Weddings

We are available for weddings and events, in these cases, the entire structure will need to be booked.

Maximum beds: 17

Contact us by phone for more information and availability. For this type of event, online bookings are not accepted, agreements must be made directly with the owner to verify the feasibility of the request.

LEGGERE CON ATTENZIONE

Regolamento camera

  • E' severamente vietato fumare all'interno della struttura, i trasgressori saranno puniti a norma di legge
  • Saranno previsti costi aggiuntivi per ogni arrivo e/o partenza al di fuori degli orari indicati per il check-in e check-out
  • L'accesso alle camere avviene attraverso l'utilizzo di una scheda magnetica. Si avvisano i gentili ospiti di costudirla con cura: in caso di danneggiamento o smarrimento, saranno addebitati costi aggiuntivi per un totale di 65€!
  • Non si affittano camere senza previa prenotazione e conferma, non siamo un'hotel
  • Sono ammessi animali, purchè rispettino il regolamento per loro previsto
  • Essendo la terrazza e il giardino spazi comuni, è severamente vietato far fare i bisogni al proprio animale all'interno della struttura. Per ogni eventuale danneggiamento e/o pulizia necessaria, saranno addebitati costi aggiuntivi.
  • E' severamente vietato lasciare l'animale incustodito all'interno della struttura, si chiede di tenerlo al guinzaglio soprattutto negli spazi comuni e in presenza degli altri ospiti.

PER MIGLIORARE IL VOSTRO SOGGIORNO

Servizi ed extra

  • La struttura presenta un parcheggio interno a pagamento da richiedere in fase di prenotazione: costo giornaliero 20€ macchina e 10€ motocicli
  • La pulizia delle camere del B&B avverrà giornalmente dalle 8.00 alle 10.00. Nel caso in cui la camera risulti ancora occupata durante l'orario indicato, la pulizia sarà rinviata al giorno successivo.
  • Offriamo 3 bottigliette d'acqua all'arrivo per le camere del B&B. Per ulteriori rifornimenti di bottigliette saranno previsti costi aggiuntivi
  • Il cambio lenzuola e salviette avverrà gratuitamente ogni 3 giorni, è possibile chiedere un ricambio quotidiano al costo aggiuntivo di 15€ a giornata
